This delicious smoothie has only 4 ingredients. It balances blood sugar levels and nutrient-rich to improve fertility.

Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1 medium or large peach
  • 1 cup leafy greens (I’ve used spinach-beet)
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (just peanuts, nothing added)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • + water and blend!
