Coconut Orange Fresca

I can’t have orange juice on its own, as it makes my tummy burn. So I thought I try it with coconut milk and it worked! Delicious and refreshing for hot summer days.

1 orange

1/2 cup organic coconut milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

Squeeze the orange into a glass and stir in the coconut milk and chia seed. Rich in Vitamin C, good fats, protein and Omega 3 fatty acids. Cheers!
