In the below video I show you how to make almond milk in a few minutes. Almond milk has many benefits, full of vitamins and minerals, like Calcium and very easy to digest compared to dairy. I encourage you to try it out! Your belly will thank you for it 😉
You can experiment with other nuts and seeds as well, like cashew (as I show you in an earlier post), hazelnut and hemp (if it is available in your country).
If you’d like to sweeten it a bit, you can add for example honey, cinnamon or vanilla.
