It’s weekend and spent some time in the morning preparing food for the week ahead too.
We had kale smoothie for breakfast, and cucumbers with sunflower seed dip for morning snack. For the first time finally my daughter enjoyed eating cucumber with my very tasty dip. Hurray! 🙂 Now I know how to make her eat cucumbers 😉
My husband (being a trainer) made me do some kickboxing, was sweating like crazy! But felt good afterwards. We had a hearty salad for lunch with tomato dressing, and off we went for some outing.
We had coconut water and apple as a snack, and I prepared my yummy lentil dal for dinner.
Headache was gone by early evening. I also had to get out of bed to go to the toilet, which never happens during the night, so the detox obviously works!
I made almond milk before going to bed (takes 5 minutes!) and meditated on my solar plexus chakra before sleeping.
