I have been making this biscuit since my baby was probably 8-9 months small to make a fresh healthy version of the ones you get in the store. Make sure your baby has a few teeth at least 🙂
Ingredients:
250g rolled oats, ground
2 apples
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
The apples are pre-cooked and blended. Ground the plain rolled oats. Mix all ingredients and create small round shape biscuit. Place them on a baking tray and bake for about 10-15 minutes until they are still a bit soft.
Your baby will love it. All natural, no added sugar and good for your baby 🙂
