WELCOME TO THE 30-DAY GREEN SMOOTHIE CHALLENGE!
THE CHALLENGE IS TO DRINK 1 GREEN SMOOTHIE A DAY… FOR 30 DAYS… AND HOPEFULLY THE HABIT WILL STICK WITH YOU ON THE LONG TERM 🙂
Smoothie is my go to breakfast most of the days as it’s so easy to prepare, you can pack as much nutrition in it as you want and doesn’t take more than 5-7 minutes of your time to prepare.
Choose any of your favourite fruits and add minimum 1 green vegetable to it. To make it easier for you, starting MARCH 21ST, I will send you recipes weekly with a shopping list, as well as tips.
YOUR BODY WILL LOVE THE NATURAL VITAMINS AND MINERALS IT’S GETTING AND YOU WILL FEEL MUCH MORE ENERGIZED AND HEALTHY. {as a side effect you might lose some weight too ;)}
