- During the sessions will be focused on awakening your body with pandiculation and yawning and some key elements of fascia training – unloaded bouncing, hydrating and soak and squeeze.
- There will be exercises also to realign, rebalance, and release the stress and restore your optimal posture, before your sleep. There will be a special focus on breath to relax your body.
Pilates sessions will be held every other day during the 10-day program.
