Raw or Baked Lemon Cookies

- 2 cups organic rolled oats
- 1 cup ground hazelnuts
- ⅓ cup sesame seeds (freshly ground, almost pasty)
- ¾ cup organic coconut oil
- ½ - ¾ cup coconut palm sugar
- ½ tsp allspice
- Juice of half a lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Melt the coconut oil and sugar on low temperature, then mix all ingredients.
- If you are baking, bake it in a preheated oven at 140-160 C for about 12-15 minutes.
