Granola with Raspberries

Granola is delicious and nutritious for breakfast that will keep you going for couple of hours. And it is very easy to make! Here is my version, but you can create your own.

Ingredients:

3 cups oats

3 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 cup walnuts

1/2 cup almonds (seeds are also great option)

2 tablespoon coconut or brown cane sugar or use stevia (less amount)

3 tablespoon honey

50 g butter or coconut oil

50 ml water

Before putting the granola into the oven

Put the honey, sugar, butter or coconut oil and water into a saucepan and melt them together. Combine the oats, with the cocoa powder and nuts and pour the honey mixture on top of it. Spread it on a tray wrapped with baking sheet and put it into the preheated oven at 160 Celsius for about 30 minutes, or until nicely toasted. At half time (15 minutes) turn the granola with a large spatula. After it has cooled down place it in glass containers. You can add dried fruits, coconut chips or shredded coconut to it too. The variations are endless.

Serve it with fruits, add superfoods like camu camu, acai or anything you like and some plant based milk.
