Broccoli and squash cream soup

This is the simplest soup ever! Ready in 15 minutes.


1 small broccoli

1/2 butternut squash

1 garlic clove, chopped

olive oil

a bit of milk or rice milk

salt, pepper

  1. Cut the broccoli heads, peel the squash and cut into pieces. Boil them for maximum 10 minutes in a pot of salty water. You can add some olive oil as well.
  2. When ready, put the cooked broccoli and squash into a mixer with some of the water. Add the garlic, pepper to taste and a bit of milk of your choice. Mix it until it’s smooth.

Ready to eat! 🙂
