Spring Cleanse Test – Day 7 plus 4 days transition

The last day of the detox went by quickly, especially that I was very busy. After the core 7 days of cleanse, there is a 4 days of transition period, when we re-introduce e.g. eggs, or quinoa. Each day something else to see if there is any reaction.

The result of my cleanse:

  • Felt more energized
  • Definitely clearer skin
  • Flatter tummy (even my clients noticed 😉 )
  •  -2 kg off
  • Much-much less sweet cravings
  • Less cellulite, Ladies!
  • Past 1 week and I still don’t feel like eating bread! Wohoo! 🙂

I am on a mission now to eat as minimal grains as possible.

And here is the morning lemon elixir recipe, this is what I’ve been drinking every morning for the past 2 years to stimulate digestion, and balance my pH level:

1 cup warm or room temperature water

Juice from ½ lemon

1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar

a couple drops of stevia or raw honey (optional)
