Asparagus with toasted almond pulp (from leftover from nut milk)

As I make my own nut milk regularly, I am always looking for ways of using up the leftover pulp. This time I have sprinkled it, toasted on top of some steamed asparagus. Yummy as a snack or as a side dish.
