Cheese biscuits

Before I forget the recipe of this tasty cheese biscuit, here’s how to prepare it:


300 g spelt flour

200 g grated cheese (to go inside)

200 g butter

2 egg yolk

salt, bit of sour cream

grated cheese to top it


Combine all ingredients until you can form a ball.  Roll it out flat, and cut it into pieces. Put them in a baking tray,  put some eggwhite and a bit of grated cheese on the tops of each one and into the pre-heated oven at 200 Celsius. Bake it for about 40-50 minutes or until you see it’s done. Very simple!
