My grandma used to do the dressing with regular vinegar and sugar, this is my healthy version.

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
6 organic cucumbers
1 bunch of parsley
1 clove of garlic
for the dressing: ½ grapefruit
1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
1-2 tbsp honey
Salt, pepper
Instructions
Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers
Chop the parsley and garlic into small pieces
Mix the dressing ingredients and combine with the salad
