Detox salad (My Grandma's style)

My grandma used to do the dressing with regular vinegar and sugar, this is my healthy version.

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
  • 6 organic cucumbers
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • for the dressing: ½ grapefruit
  • 1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • Salt, pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers
  2. Chop the parsley and garlic into small pieces
  3. Mix the dressing ingredients and combine with the salad
