Ingredients
  • 350g spelt flour or gluten free flour
  • 80g butter or coconut oil
  • 60g coconut palm sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 20g fresh yeast or powder / or you may try with Bicarbonate soda
  • 50g raisins
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 250ml almond or rice milk
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients well, starting with the eggs and sugar, until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Put it in a baking shape and let it rise.
  3. Preheat the oven at 180 Celsius and bake until ready.
