Kohlrabi and Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
1 kohlrabi
300 g mushroom
2 carrots
3 celery stalks
1 onion
1 tbsp coconut or grapeseed oil
1 tsp paprika (Hungarian of course ;) )
Salt and pepper to taste
Approx. 1.5 liters water
Instructions
Chop all ingredients to small cubes.
Sauté the onion with celery and carrots on the oil first, then add kohlrabi and mushrooms.
Add small amount of water first, later you can add more.
Cooks in about 20 minutes.
